Voice2Journal

Journal as easy as speaking.

For people who want to journal more, but struggle with the blank page.

You open the app and talk. Whatever's on your mind: a hard day, a decision you're wrestling with, something you want to remember. When you're done, it turns what you said into a clean, readable journal entry.

No typing. No blank page staring back at you. Just you thinking out loud.

It automatically adds a title, a summary, and tags your mood. You can search your full journal by keyword, filter by how you were feeling, and get weekly insights on patterns in your thinking. Your entries are stored privately on your device, not on any server.

I built it because I needed it. I'd tried to journal for years and never stuck with it long term. Turns out once you remove all the friction, journaling regularly is as easy as talking.

Don't let perfect get in the way of good.

We're told over and over that sitting down to write by hand is good for you. It slows you down. Makes you think. That's all true.

Yet most of us still don't do it. Because finding a quiet place, with a comfortable seat, the right pen, at the right time — it adds up to too many barriers. The moment passes and the habit never forms.

That's why I started voice journaling. Not because it's the ideal way to journal, but because it's the way I'd actually do it. Voice journalling works with my nature, at my time, in my place. It's finally become a sustainable practice for me.
